The re-organization (or is that "Revitalization") of the Bayou Bartholomew Chapter of southeast Arkansas, which will meet west of Pine Bluff, is underway. The meeting will be held on Saturday, 25 May 2019 at Leon's Catfish & Shrimp Restaurant located on US Hwy 79 about 1/4 mile south of I-530. The chapter will meet at 6:00 PM and the program will be a video, "The History of the Sons of the American Revolution".
We welcome any SAR members throughout the state who can make it to this meeting to help us to kick off the reopening of the previously "dark" Bayou Bartholomew chapter. If you have any relatives or friends in southeast Arkansas who are interested in the Sons of the American Revolution, tell 'em that there is now a chapter closer to their homes.
