Compatriot and Disabled American Veterans Life Members Rick Martin & President Gene Rasure presented the DAV James L. Whitby Chapter 5 Hot Springs flag program to the DeSoto Trace Chapter on 1/11/20. To the right is Compatriot Jimmie Weber who along with Gene assisted in colonial dress.
